Servus German Burger Grill | Vivocity Hamburger Restaurant

We tried this German Burger Grill for lunch. The place was very spacious and had plenty of seating. The interior felt like dining in a cabin in the woods with a distinctly forest-inspired atmosphere and abundant wooden elements. The staff were very accommodating and we were immediately led to a window-side table overlooking HarbourFront. The menu featured a wide selection of dishes, many of them listed in German but with detailed English description. They also had a robot assistant that served the orders. Their XL Schnitzel was exceptionally large, flat, crispy and slightly dry but well complemented by the mushroom sauce on top. The accompanying French fries were thick-cut and crispy. The Black Pepper Mushroom Burger was juicy and had a pleasant mushroom and black pepper sauce. I chose sourdough bread, which was light and moist. The sweet potato fries on the side were also thick-cut and crispy, though they would have been better with a bit less salt. Their still lemonade was refreshing and enjoyable. Overall, we had a great dining experience and although they are on the pricey side, I think it was worth it.

I was craving sauerkraut because I had not met up with my friends at Paulaner for a good while. Paulaner's sauerkraut is slightly better but damn! The Nürnberger sausages hit right and the mashed potato, decent. Love the Christmas decor and ambience! The staff are friendly with great vibes too, something most Singapore food places are sorely lacking. I want to come back and try the other food soon.

First time patronising this restaurant with my family. Both my daughters recommended this place all crowded but this one quite empty. My wife and daughters are ok with the food for myself the food is not to my preference. Salad very sour and the beef patty is very dry and hard. The sauce is good. Sorry.

Having lived in a German environment for over four years, I really appreciate this place. I’ve been there twice, and each time was an enjoyable experience. What I particularly like is that the manager, who is originally from Germany, is always present and actively working to improve the place, something quite rare in Singapore. Additionally, the staff are polite and seem genuinely happy in their work, which creates a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The prices and food quality are also quite reasonable, making the overall experience even more satisfying. Well done!

Tried SERVUS at Harbourfront and it quickly became one of our favorites. The pork hock was perfectly crispy outside and tender inside. The sausage platter was full of bold, hearty flavors. The burger for the kids was juicy and satisfying. Their beer was exactly what you’d hope for in a good German restaurant. What really made the visit special was the service—genuinely warm and attentive. The view of the harbor added a calm and relaxing touch to the meal. Quality food, great vibes, and a team that clearly cares. We’ll definitely be back!!!

The burger was a pleasant surprise, I didn’t even know German-style burgers existed! The set comes with a drink and offers a huge variety of choices. All of us picked different drinks and shared them, but unfortunately none of them really stood out. It might be a safer bet to stick with the standard options next time. The Schweineschnitzel (Pork Schnitzel) was massive in size, though thinner than a typical schnitzel. That said, they were very generous with the fries portion. I also enjoyed their sauces, they complemented the dish well. Staffs are very friendly and quick in serving the dishes when the robot comes to our table. Overall, it was a good and hearty dinner and we will visit again

We didn’t plan to eat at Servus; it was a spontaneous decision after a long evening ferry ride back from Batam. We were tired and just looking for somewhere comfortable to settle in. What caught our attention immediately was the interior. The space has a unique, forestry-inspired concept that feels almost like dining in nature. The earthy tones and greenery created a cosy, interesting atmosphere that made us curious enough to step in. We shared a meat platter, and it did not disappoint. The meats were well-prepared, flavourful, and satisfying; exactly what we needed after a long day. Portions were generous and great for sharing. One interesting touch was the use of robots serving the food, with staff assisting here and there. It was efficient and quite a novelty to watch. However, while service was smooth, there wasn’t much interaction with the servers. That human touch - a little conversation and perhaps a simple check-in was what felt slightly missing from the experience. They also send vouchers via WhatsApp, so do make good use of them; it’s a nice perk and makes the visit even more worthwhile. Overall, it was a good meal in a distinctive setting. If you’re looking for hearty food in a unique environment, Servus delivers. A bit more warmth in service would make the experience even better.

Great burgers and sides, good choice of beers, quick service. Mystery how I missed this place for so long ! And very good choice for vegetarians too... We ordered a Veg and a chicken burger. The chicken burger patty was well grilled and juicy and the bun was firm. Cranberry beer was fantastic. Cabbage salad - good. The veg burger I think bun was too soft but overall the burger came together well. Service was quick, ambience pretty good. Ordering was seamless on the phone. Spent so much time here we didn't have time to go for dessert somewhere else... Definitely coming here again !!!

Had a really enjoyable time at SERVUS German Burger Grill at VivoCity. The entrance itself sets the mood — cosy wooden cabin façade with festive décor, and once you step in, the long communal tables and rustic wood interiors give off a modern German beer hall vibe We went for beer and some finger food, and it was spot on. The Paulaner Weissbier was cold, refreshing and paired perfectly with the crispy fried chicken bites (super crunchy outside, juicy inside). Simple comfort food done well — perfect for sharing over drinks What made it extra fun? The robots delivering the food and drinks to our table!

We ordered the "Beef Burger Combo Set", comprising a multi-grain burger+patty, a side and a drink, as well as the signature "Fish and Chips Value Combo", comprising generous portions of flaky battered fish, fries, tartar sauce and a drink. We were happy to note the unique and pleasant 'forest-like interior' of the former 'Hans Im Gluck' was well retained. The place was not packed during our visit. We were able to fully enjoy our time and dining. Food was presented in gargantuan portions and totally enjoyable as well! The fun "robot-servers" were impressive and an interesting feature and supplement to staff service. Staff were very attentive, but unobtrusive, and always maintaining a discreet distance from diners.

We had our team lunch at Servus. Previously it was known as another name.. also a German restaurant but I'm not sure if they are related. The food in general is acceptable for lunch and there were many lunch patrons. We made a reservation hence no wait time and was led to our table quickly. The food are brought out by a robot that I must say is quite intelligent. Upon arriving at the table a server will come to remove the food from the robot. Fish as chips was decent but the burgers are a bit lacking and the petty is thin. I sure hope the dining experience will be better.

Amazing selection of different burgers and meals the Sauces are brilliantly tasty the drinks are nice but the most important part they have vegan options. I had the spicy Patty vegan burger with fries and a peach iced tea. One feedback they charge an extra dollar for no ice in the drink which I don’t mind but the drink came a little bit warm I expected for an extra dollar that the drink would be refrigerated and cold enough.

I ordered the vegetarian Horntrager set, which comes with a walnut patty burger, fries, and an iced tea. The food was delectable and the tech-augmented service was impressive — my friend and I ordered and paid using the WhatsApp chatbot, which was convenient and efficient. I would like to visit again in future if conditions permit.
